What to Expect On Your First Visit

• Dr. Beingessner will talk to you briefly about your health concern to see if chiropractic care can help.

• If chiropractic care is indicated, you will be asked to complete a personal health questionnaire to completely understand your health condition, your health history and any concerns that you might have. • Dr. Beingessner will take a more detailed history of your current health concern, any health problems you might have experienced and your family health history.

• We will then perform a complete physical exam that includes orthopedic and neurological assessments to determine the cause of your discomfort.

• If necessary, you may be asked to have an x-ray of the affected area of your spine to verify underlying conditions like degeneration, bone spurs, abnormal spinal curvatures, and decreased vertebral disc space.

Your Second Visit Will Include:

• A Report of Findings that will explain your examination results, what chiropractic care has to offer, and your recommended course of care.

• Your first adjustment.

• Subsequent appointments will be scheduled for you based upon your recommended course of care.
